Norfolk is one of our favourite places to visit for many reasons… the beaches, food & countryside make it the perfect place for some rest and relaxation. We’ve stayed at some gorgeous places over the last few years including Byfords & Ford House, but this year we left our Summer holiday plans late and wasn’t sure if we would make it over to Norfolk, but, luckily, I spotted a new bed & breakfast due to open in August, called The White House. It was timed perfectly for us to make a last minute decision to head over to Norfolk, yippee!
There are so many places to visit in North Norfolk, it’s fantastic for food, coastal walks and great independent shops. The main coastal road makes it so easy to travel around and stop off as you go. Below are a selection of photos of where we went recently and also a list of our favourite places you might like if you’re heading over to Norfolk.

I have an endless amount of photos of Norfolk, I think this could easily be a 3 part blog post, but I think this will do for now. They have a free little booklet you can pick up in most shops and cafes that has pages and pages of inspiration. Also, there’s a fab magazine called ‘Taste Norfolk’ that will definitely inspire you when looking for places to eat.
Here are some of my Norfolk favourites… this is just the tip of the iceburg, but these are places we always head to when we visit.
