This weekend I went to The Country Brocante at Daylesford. The event has been in my diary for some time now, very much looking forward to it! It fell on the same date as Daylesford’s Harvest Festival. Not something I have been to before, but in true Daylesford style, it was fab!
Before heading to The Country Brocante I met with Klara from Birds in the Attic for breakfast in the Cafe before taking a look around the Festival. Here are some photos from my visit.
The Farm Shop and surround areas were dressed with autumn touches including seasonal fruit and vegetables, hay bales, autumn wreaths and lots of pumpkins.
The farm was open to explore, including some rather cute calves. In the orchard were a great selection stalls including honey, pickling demonstrations, apple juicing, marshmallow toasting and ‘guess the weight of the pumpkin’.
The Harvest Festival ticked all the boxes when it comes to getting into the Autumn mood. A fab event and something I’ll definitely be heading to next year. Keep an eye on the Events section on Daylesford’s website for more events at their Farm.
