I am so excited to feature Star Bakery on fabulousplaces Nottinghamshire, our first of many local producers, I was lucky enough to receive a delivery of her delicious cupcakes this weekend to try.
Launched in December 2008, Liana Stevens gorgeous Star Bakery is a Nottingham based bakery offering made to order cupcakes, cakes and cookies. Star Bakery is born out of a passion for all things baking related. Liana’s skills are passed down from her Mother and Grandmother and she is so thrilled to be doing what she loves. Alongside her signature range, Liana constantly works on new combinations and ideas, the range is ever changing and is always seasonal.
You can choose from a huge selection of cupcakes, delivered to any Nottingham postcode for a minimum order of just 6 cakes. Along with the everyday orders Liana also specialises in creating bespoke designs to compliment your party or any other special occasion.
For special occasions Star Bakery offer a free design service and are happy to provide samples for wedding consultations. They also offer delivery and a set up service to help take the stress out of your event.
Liana loves baking and creating the most gorgeous cakes and baked treats and is so passionate about making things that not only look good, but taste great too. She believes that that these things shouldn't cost the earth which is why they offer a signature range of cakes to suit the tightest budget.

I have had two orders from star bakery and both have been amazing. Liana just made two large Snow White cakes for my daughters 4th Birthday - amazing detail, perfect finish, good price and they tase great to! Jonathan

Now this is going to read like a fix due to Liana @ Starbakery being my sister in law however I am writing as a customer and not family. My partner and I ordered a batch of 15 of the Halloween themed cupcakes and they were just amazing. The designs were original and looked great. It was almost a shame to eat them but once you had tasted one you wanted another almost instantly. Must remember to order for more than one each next time haha. All in all I highly suggest anyone who enjoys a nice sweet treat now and again to get onto the Starbakery website and get some ordered in.
