I already had my eye on Cameron House long before it opened. I would drive by and look through the window watching how the interior was being transformed from an empty shop into a beautifully designed interior, selling excellently chosen gift and home wares.
Julie Cameron who is trained in Interior Design has been dreaming about creating Cameron House for 10 years and her passion is obvious when you see her award winning, beautiful window displays which change on a regular basic.
She sources and selects her stock very carefully only ever choosing things she would have in her own home and her taste is impeccable, if you love East of India, Gisela Graham, Burts Bee’s and greeting cards by Caroline Gardner, Cavania and Nottingham based Art File you will love it here. Julie also supplies furniture, wall coverings and fabrics from Sanderson and Morris & Co along with beautiful cushions, throws and home accessories. I challenge you not to find something you will want to take home.
Cameron House already has a huge following in Nottingham, many of her pieces only last a few days in the shop, visit and you will see why. Julie has certainly made sure Chilwell Road is a place to visit. Cameron House is just what Beeston needed.

i'm working my way through the places on this sit. i don't live in beeston and it isn't a place i normally pass through, but liked the look of cameron house. i wasn't disappointed, it's a great shop with all the styles i like. the owner was very helpful and friendly

I went in to Cameron House gave Julie a brief idea what I wanted for a present and hey presto she got something that hits "the nail on the head". The shop is a fanatastic addition to Beeston. I strongly recommend a visit when looking for anything to make your house that bit nicer. A must visit

This place has only been open a year and we have progressed from initially purchasing the last minute birthday card to more recently, furniture and wallpaper such is the diverse range and reasonable pricing. An added bonus is that Julie, the owner is really lovely, passionate about her shop and very helpful.

I too had my eye on Cameron House as it was evolving, but I couldn't wait for open day so one evening whilst Julie was busy getting everything ready for opening I knocked on the door for a sneek preview! I wasn't disapointed. I visit the shop regularly whenever a gift is required. I was so pleased when my friends gave me gifts for my birthday from Cameron House. I have purchased a dresser for my Kitchen and it never fails to get a mention on anyones first visit to my house. The service received and the warm welcome is second to none. There is no need to go into Nottingham centre anymore for that special gift because Cameron House is open!

This shop is fantastic!It is perfect for any thing from gifts to funiture,and I am always sure to find something unique and different for what ever occasion.Cameron House definately makes Chilwell road a more intresting place to visit.I cannot wait to see what Julie (Cameron House Owner) has to offer for this christmas!I would reccomend Cameron House to anyone.
