As a co-owner of all things pretty in nottingham, my hubby took me to Ashbourne for some much needed time out to do what i do best!! Shop.xx We have never been out this way so we had no idea where we were going. After walking through the gorgeous town we came across this lovely looking shop, and let me tell you, it was just as beautiful inside!! Everything was just gorgeous. I will be back to have a go at painting etc, as me and the kids so enjoy doing this. Well worth a visit.xxxxxx

Since discovering Sticky Fingers in the 2011 summer holiday we've been back a few times. The drinks are great - the hot chocolate in particular - and kids love crafting while the grown ups shop and drink. Our son loves painting pottery and the excitement of returning the following week to get his creations once they've been fired in the kiln. The shop and cafe are beautifully presented; it's a really nice place to slowly wake up on a Saturday morning! Brilliant.
