Another fabulous Derbyshire producer! This time it's something for little girls...individually handmade hair clips.

The hair clips had been mentioned a few times before I found out they were made by a lady in Derbyshire. The clips are made by mother of three, Julia, and it didn't take me long to realise that they are quickly becoming the must have accessory! I am delighted to welcome Jay Designs to the website...a fabulous handmade product at a great price.

Here are a few words from the maker, Julia:

Let me introduce jay designs to you; I am a mother of three and after having two boys along came my little girl, Neve. As I couldn't find reasonable soft hair clips in the uk, she inspired me to start making them for her as her long dark hair kept getting in her eyes. After many compliments from friends and family I started making more and more and jay designs was born. I now supply local hairdressers and gift shops in the area.

All my hair clips are handmade individually by myself with 4.5cm (approx) alligator clips covered in beautiful ribbon . They will hold onto any fine hair so ideal for little ones, Neve is never without one.
