There are many different tea party menus, but Darby & Joan believe that the classic recipes are still the best! They offer a simple, but delicious menu, all freshly homemade to order. Served with endless cups of tea on vintage china & silverware. They also offer a set up & styling service.
Hand Poured Candles in Vintage China & Glassware
Darby & Joan make hand-poured, eco-friendly soy candles in vintage tea cups, jugs & delicate glasses. Each of their candles have a unique historic value & is a lovely way of bringing a talking point onto your table, to create much more than a standard look that anyone can buy in from the high street.
As all of their products are genuine vintage (they never use reproduction items!) are sourced from fairs, antique shops & auctions, it would be extraordinarily lucky for them to find more than a few matching pieces. Instead, they offer you a selection of mis-matched pieces, something a little bit different - a perfect gift! Recently held a Derby & Joan Tea party. Was an absolutely superb afternoon, the room was transformed. Everyone commented how beautiful the china looked. The food was delightful too & Karen was very helpful/efficient with the menu (as some of the guests where wheat intolerant). Cannot recommend Darby & Joan Limited enough for your special event. I've had several requests to another tea party... & a friend is now using them for their wedding next year. Highly recommended. J Ingle
