Handmade By… is Congleton’s hidden gem!
Nestled above Cloud 9 Hair Salon on Lawton Street you will find ‘Handmade By…’. Opened in September 2010 by designer-maker Beth Matthews, you will find a beautiful mix of jewellery and accessories, ceramics, textiles, glass and much more all handmade in Cheshire and the surrounding areas.
After finishing University with a BA(Hons) in Contemporary Crafts it was Beth’s dream to open a shop and just two years later that dream came true! Beth specialises in jewellery and accessories and can work with you to create your perfect piece, from a simple pair of earrings to a fascinator for that special occasion. A few of the other makers are happy to accept commissions too.
